Noah Harris

My name is Noah Harris and I'm so excited to be chairing ECOFIN this year. Last year, I served as a Head Chair for INTERPOL, and it was super fun meeting all the delegates and chairing committee. I'm so excited to see new, and maybe some old ones, in committee this year. See you on January 31st!
