Deven Weiss

My name is Dev Weiss, and I am a junior at the Francis W. Parker School. I am thrilled to serve for a second year as a Head Chair for FWPMUN. I am also a Captain of the school’s Model UN Club. At Parker, I have served on student government as a Student Representative on the school’s Board of Trustees, and currently as a Head of the Curriculum Committee. I am also a Senior Analyst for the school’s Investment Club, Head of its Latin Club, and actively participate in Scholastic Bowl, as well as on the Robotics and Tennis teams. I love playing the violin, and am currently first violin of the orchestra and a chamber group at DePaul University's Community Music Division. I am on the Student Board for Urban Initiatives, a nonprofit organization that leverages the “power of play” to empower students from under-resourced Chicago public schools. ​
